Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Duke of Yorks Royal Military School Old Boys Association

Notice is hereby given that the above meeting will be held on the 12th March 2010 commencing at 1830hrs. At the Royal Hospital Chelsea. The meeting will take place in the St Ives Rooms, dress for the meeting will be Jacket and Ties.

To assist in the catering would members who intend attending let the secretary know. The buffet will start at 1800hrs.

Any member who would like a copy of the agenda & last meeting please contact the Secretary.

All propositions must be with the HGS by end of December, must have a Proposer and Seconder who must be in attendance at the meeting.
