It is with regret that I have to inform you all of the Sudden and Unexpected Passing of Alan Robert Harmsworth on the 20th December 2012. Details of the funeral are to follow … and would be nice to see any of you there.

condolenses to his family
To all Alan’s family and friends Carol and I convey our most sincere condolences . Whilst we haven’t seen Alan since our move to South Africa, as a Marlborough contemporary in those far off years of the late 1940′s early 50′s I remember him well. We also spent some very fun and laughter filled November reunions together . He was certainly a character and we will miss him and his infectious grin.
